The Mindful Living Calendar is designed to be used at your own pace, as a quiet companion rather than a task or obligation. Each month offers a small point of reflection, grounded in presence, self awareness, and steadiness.
All images used in this calendar are original photographs, taken as part of this project and chosen to support a sense of grounding and simplicity.
