Fees

All session fees are to be paid in full at the time of the appointment, unless otherwise arranged.

 

Cancellation policy

To keep appointments available for everyone:

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment

• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice incur a $50 fee

• This fee is waived if you reschedule within 7 days

True emergencies will always be handled with understanding and discretion

 

Insurance

This practice is fully covered by professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

 

Privacy and confidentiality

All personal information shared in counselling is treated as confidential and managed in accordance with Australian privacy legislation. Your information will not be disclosed without your written consent, except where required by law ( e.g., serious risk of harm or court subpoena).

Counselling services provided are intended to support mental health and wellbeing but do not replace medical, psychiatric or legal service. For situations requiring urgent or specialist intervention please consult with the relevant healthcare provider.
